On Wednesday 2nd December 2009, two teams of one year three, one year four, one year five and one year six each, went to Lawford Mead School to compete in an inter-school quiz competition. We left at 1.30pm and arrived at 1.50pm to compete with seven schools. Both of the teams did exceedingly well. The team that came first consisted of Matthew Miller, Cameron Gilmour, Noah Pothen and Emily Crossland, closely followed by, in second place, Hannah Rothman, William Adams, Matthew Foster and Etan Le Sage. In third place was Newland Spring. The team that came first has won a place in the next round. |
