District Sports June16
District sports.
On Monday 20th June, a team of 6 pupils went to Melbourne stadium for a field events competition. Oliver and Erin did high jump (Oli came 3rd in the boys competition and Erin came 2nd in the girls competition). Luke and Alisha did throwing (Luke came 4th and Alisha came 2nd). Tobi and Phoebe did long jump (Tobi came 5th and Phoebe came 1st). We all had a brilliant time and it was really fun!
Then, on Friday, we had the district sports track events. We had lots of medal positions (1st, 2nd and 3rd’s) and our school finished 4th in our group overall! Everyone had a super time and enjoyed the hot weather.
